Following the First Minister's update on 4 January 2021 and subsequent extended Level 4 'Stay at Home' restrictions, the Scottish FA have issued updated guidance for Grassroots football. Which means that all non-contact training in groups 12-years and above must stop.
Children under the age of 12 are permitted to participate in non-contact group training with full Level 4 guidance.

The SFA are encouraging Clubs to consult with parents, carers and players under the age of 12 and agree whether they should continue to participate in non-contact group training in line with the new guidance, or to pause training for the time being.
Carnoustie Panmure Youth committee held a meeting last night at which we agreed Youth teams, with children under the age of 12, can continue with training in Level 4 but it is down to the Team manager/coaches as to whether they are willing and able to take training and parents have the ultimate decision as to whether they will let their children train.
Carnoustie Panmure Youth u12 Team Managers will be completing a updated Risk Assessment and consulting with their coaches, parents and carers on the updated Level 4 guidance before any u12 non-contact training sessions take place.
The Youth committee agreed to reduce Team subscriptions for all Carnoustie Panmure Youth Teams to £5 for 1 February 2021, this will be reviewed monthly. Team distributions will therefore stop in February with only the Clubs core costs being covered.
We politely ask that members do not cancel their Direct Debits themselves as this will cause a lot of administration work on resumption of full fees.
We appreciate your continued support and cooperation during these difficult times and hope you are all safe and well.
Best Wishes
Carnoustie Panmure Youth Committee
